Before surgery
Rigid palmar flexion and scarring. Burn scars that tighten across the fingers and palm make it hard to grip, write or work.
The surgery
The surgery was done at Vedant Hospital in Nashik, a BHF partner hospital. BHF funded it in full, at no cost to the family.
