4-year-old girl lived with palmar burns locking her left palm into a rigid, closed fist.
Before surgery
Dense left palmar scar tethering. Burn scars that tighten across the fingers and palm make it hard to grip, write or work.
The surgery
The surgery was done at Soni Hospital in Panipat, a BHF partner hospital. BHF funded it in full, at no cost to the family.
