6-year-old young girl lived with post-burn contractures tethering her neck and preventing normal upward posture.
Before surgery
Neck scar tethering. Scars that tighten across the face and neck pull at the skin and limit everyday movement.
The surgery
The surgery was done at RS Maitri Health Care in Ghaziabad, a BHF partner hospital. BHF funded it in full, at no cost to the family.
