7-year-old boy lived with post-burn syndactyly webbing and contractures binding three fingers of his right hand together.
Before surgery
3-digit syndactyly and web tethering. Burn scars that tighten across the fingers and palm make it hard to grip, write or work.
The surgery
The surgery was done at Soni Hospital in Panipat, a BHF partner hospital. BHF funded it in full, at no cost to the family.
